Very smooth process and would I recommend the Rise Up Moving to anybody. The booking process was straightforward over the phone and team was able to use the inventory I provided to estimate the number of movers/time we would need. This estimate was fairly close to the total time used in the move. The team was exceptionally careful with our belongings (exceeded my expectations truly) and were friendly. Their moving truck is clean and packed with extra boxes and moving essentials (if needed, optional). At the end of the move, they were so thorough that they walked through each space (including their own truck) to confirm that all objects were moved/accounted for. Moving is stressful, but the team at Rise Up are professionals.

We did a 2 day move with Rise Up Moving in the Bay Area — day 1 was packing and prep, day 2 was loading, the drive, and unloading at the new house. Booking was easy too, they worked with our schedule and got everything set up fast. A crew of 5 showed up on time both days. First thing they did was walk through the place and come up with a game plan, and then they just executed. Not once did I see anyone slacking or trying to stretch the clock — if anything they kept telling us to relax and that they’d handle everything. It’s rare to find a crew that works that hard and that fast while staying so positive and helpful the whole time. They kept checking in to make sure things were going to the right rooms, wrapped and protected all our furniture, were careful not to ding the walls, took apart the beds and dining table and reassembled everything at the new house without us even asking. And here’s the part that impressed me most — our street was one of those super narrow ones where I didn’t think a moving truck could even get in. They figured it out like it was nothing. Long 2 days but nothing broken, nothing scratched, nothing missing.
